Let the cat out of the bag: to reveal a secret, often unintentionally.

EX: We had planned a surprise party for our parents’ wedding anniversary but my sister let the cat out of the bag.

 

I’ve got a frog in my throat: If you have a frog in your throat, you can't speak or you are losing your voice because you have a problem with your throat.

EX: I feel like I'm getting a frog in my throat when I have to speak in public.She says she gets a frog in her throat when she is nervous
