Complete, end or finish?
We use ‘finish’ for things that we do regularly, such as eating a meal or going to work.
e.g. I finish work at five.’
(finish基本上用在日常生活會規律性被執行的動作，如吃飯，做功課，看電視，工作...等等。)
'Complete’ is used to mean to make whole.
e.g.The jigsaw puzzle is complete.’
e.g.The jigsaw puzzle is complete.’
And ‘complete’ is also used to say that a process or task has now finished.
e.g. He completed his first novel in 1976.’
(complete則用在任一過程中，且執行完這過程，所要的結果是完整的，如寫一本書，寫一份報告，或是做完測試...等等。)
We use ‘end’ to talk about the time when an event stops.
e.g. The performance ended with a massive fireworks display.’
(end用在任何一個場合或故事結束的時候，如電影結束，電視劇結束，舞台劇結束，舞會結束...等等。)
